Instruction To Install CM 12 :
- Unlock Bootloader & Root your device using this guide HERE
- After Installing Custom Recovery.
- Switch off your device and press the volume down+power button at the same time,this will take you to the recovery mode.
- Go to wipe, advance wipe - wipe cache and dalvik cache and swipe to confirm flash.
- Go back and swipe to factory reset your phone.
- Go to install option and select the CM 12 ROM, gapps and supersu.
- Swipe to confirm flash.
- After flash is done reboot your device which might take around 5 minutes of time.
- After reboot setup your device and start using CM 12 on OnePlus One.
